Case Study - Warwick

The client required the kitchen, utility and dining room to be knocked through to become the family snug, dining room and kitchen all in one large, light open plan area. The window and door leading to the garden were to be removed and new full bifold doors put in. A new kitchen was to be installed and a tv feature wall to be constructed with LED controlled lighting and a new LVT floor finish.

The first stage was to remove the existing walls and inset the steel beam to support the bifold doors. Then the ceiling was filled and repaired along with a redundant door blocked up and services moved to allow for the new kitchen. The aluminium bifold doors were installed along with a brand new premium kitchen with state of the art appliances. Lighting throughout the space was introduced to complement the scheme. What was once the dining room became a seating area with feature tv wall.

A bright, large multi-functional  open space that is perfect for family living rather than the original three small darker rooms with limited space.
